This notice explains how 3rdeye.co.uk handles your information. The site is run by Davendra Patel, trading as 3rd Eye AI.
The website is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, Vercel processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. See Vercel’s privacy policy for how that data is handled.
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, whether the homepage film is played, and when someone clicks to book a call or send an email. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) that last up to two years. They are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner; if you choose Reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. IP addresses are anonymised and advertising features are turned off.
You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice itself is remembered in your browser’s local storage. If you fill in the AI Partner intake form, your answers are also kept in your browser’s local storage so you don’t lose them, until you send or clear them. There is no advertising or other third-party tracking. Google’s use of this data is covered by its privacy policy.
Clients joining the AI Partner service can send answers and documents through the intake form. They are stored privately in Vercel Blob in London and emailed to Davendra using Resend, and are used only to prepare and deliver that engagement. They are deleted when they are no longer needed for it; email info@3rdeye.co.uk to ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Booking a call uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The name and email address you enter are processed by Google under its privacy policy and shared with 3rd Eye AI to confirm the call. The enquiry form creates an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your details to a server. You decide whether to send the draft through your own email provider. Emails sent to info@3rdeye.co.uk are received in a Google Workspace mailbox and used only to reply to you and discuss potential work.
Portfolio links open independently operated sites. Their own privacy practices apply once you visit them.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal information held about you. Email info@3rdeye.co.uk with any request or question. If you are unhappy with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Please avoid sending confidential business information in a first message.
