Two working sessions a month on your real tasks: we tidy the process, then turn it into AI tools inside your own accounts that your team understands and owns.

You don’t need another course, and you don’t need tools you can’t maintain.

Twice a month we sit down together, you share your screen and we take one of the manual tasks eating your week. First we tidy it, then we turn it into an AI tool inside your own workspace. You see every step, so you and your team know how it works and can keep it running.

It is the same approach I used to put AI tools in the hands of thousands of people inside a regulated firm: subject-matter experts building and owning their tools, with the right controls around them.

  1. Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster. Paste a fifteen-step manual task into ChatGPT and you get fifteen steps of unreliable output. The process needs tidying before AI can help with it.
  2. Courses don’t come with accountability. Twenty hours of tutorials is hard to finish when you have a business to run, and a course can’t see your workflows.
  3. Handed-over tools you don’t understand are hard to keep. When something built for you breaks and nobody on your team knows how it works, you are back to paying someone to look at it.

A good fit if:

  1. You run an established business with repeatable processes, and you are not technical
  2. You have three or four manual tasks that eat hours every week
  3. You have tried ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, hit a wall and stalled
  4. You want a hands-on partner who works on your real tasks with you

Probably not for you if:

  1. You want a recorded course to watch on your own
  2. You want to hand the work over and never join a session
  3. You don’t want to learn how your own AI tools work
  4. You are just starting out and have no repeatable processes yet

  1. Audit. You share your screen and do the task exactly as you do it today, while I watch.
  2. Optimise. Before any AI goes near it, we cut the steps that aren’t needed. A fifteen-step task might become nine clean ones.
  3. Automate. We turn the tidy workflow into a reusable AI skill inside your own AI workspace, loaded with your company context.

  1. Two 45-minute working sessions. We work together on a video call with your screen shared. The first session sets up the foundations: your company’s tone of voice, your background and connections to the tools you already use. Each session after that removes one bottleneck from your business.
  2. Help between sessions. If something gets stuck, send me a voice note or message on Voxer. I reply within 12 working hours.
  3. A record of everything we build, in Notion. A shared, always-current record of every prompt, AI skill, recording, process note and action from our work together. Your AI setup is documented, and it stays yours.
  4. A bottleneck check before each session. Before we meet, I work out which task costs you the most time and money, so each session starts on the right problem.

How much does it cost?

From £500 a month, with a minimum of six months; the exact fee is agreed in writing before you start. It covers two 45-minute working sessions a month, help on Voxer between sessions, your Notion record and a bottleneck check before each session.

Why a six-month minimum?

Each session removes one bottleneck, so six months gives time to work through the tasks that matter most and for your team to get confident running the tools themselves.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the knowledge of how your business works; I bring the AI side. Every step happens on your screen, so you see and understand what is built.

Which AI tools do you use?

Usually Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, chosen to suit the systems you already pay for. Everything is set up in your own accounts, not mine.

Is our data safe?

Data boundaries, access and which outputs need a person’s review are agreed before we connect anything. The responsible AI page sets out the principles used on every engagement.
